I lucked out in finding Peggy Deare. Peggy was there every step of the way - she was fully engaged from the very start to well after the actual closing when I had more questions after moving in. She always made herself accessible, was quick to respond, and very knowledgeable – and if she didn’t have the answer, she would research to get it. Her diligence helped to keep me on track and smooth out any bumps along the way. She facilitated communications with the mortgage broker, the seller’s agent, and the closing attorney, sometimes taking things off my plate as it was very busy time in my life when I was juggling a million other things and also trying to buy a house and move. She has a friendly, upbeat attitude and is almost as much a coach as she is a real estate agent. This was my first time going through the home buying process on my own and she made getting through it much easier than I expected.
